When Grady and Sully stay overnight at their grandma's house, our house is very quiet and feels empty. It isn't always bad but it definitely feels completely alien. It is hard to imagine life without our kids as the central elements.

But I will freely admit to rather enjoying being to sleep in my bed without fear of an invasion of little boys in the middle of the night and the subsequent planting of cold feet on my back.
